Kazo, Saitama, Japan｜Kobushi

Twenty minutes from Kazo Station, the weather was fine and I was a little sweaty. It has a splendid storefront and has been beautifully renovated inside, making it a pleasant shop. We had the meat miso udon that won the prize for B-class gourmet. When I asked for more spiciness, the staff threatened me with "it's spicy" and I flinched. The meat and miso blended perfectly with the Kazo udon, and I couldn't help but groan. The kakiage that I ordered together is also superb! ️ Speaking of Kazo, udon is the first thing that comes to mind, but there are soba restaurants in Kanban, why is that?️ lol

I visited for the first time, but the soba noodles went down my throat and were delicious. The udon was firm, chewy and very delicious. I will ask you again.

There is a eating glass, and you can see the noodles being made. We went with four people, and we all ordered different things: curry udon, vegetable kakiage udon, vegetable-filled udon, and kenchin udon, but all of them were served at the same time. It was delicious.
