Visited on 2023/05/21. I had the weekly lunch B (Mapo tofu and Taiwanese salt ramen) for ¥825. Everything other than noodles was served first, and the noodles were brought to us as soon as they were ready. The salad is radish salad, and the fried food is minced meat cutlet. Is it okay if mapo tofu is spicy? I was asked this when ordering, but it was a little spicy, not as spicy as you would find at a Sichuan restaurant. It had a lot of ground meat in it and was filling and delicious. Taiwanese salt ramen has crunchy bean sprouts and chives, and the flat noodles are delicious. The soup was just right, not too salty and not too thin, with a nice spicy accent, and I was satisfied with both the taste and the volume. It didn't seem like everyone was Japanese from the way they were ordering, but the customer service was nice and I wish there was a store near where I live. Thank you for the meal.
