Enjoyed the wonderful food. I visited at noon. emotional point. →Salmon roe, which I don't like, doesn't have a fishy smell and has a chewy and rich taste. → I'm not good at kappa rolls. The wasabi removes the grassy odor of the cucumber and is delicious. → All sushi is topped with seasoning instead of soy sauce. →The recommended local sake “Nanahonyari” is also delicious. I didn't know until I asked. best of all

It was a lunch for me to pick up and drop off at a memorial service. It's called kaiseki, and the dishes come out one after another, and each one is delicious. The waitpersons were also kind and good.
