More Comments at Google Mapdried sardines soba The soup is made with dried sardines and fragrant soy sauce, not too thick and not harsh. The noodles are thin, straight, and have a firm texture. The char siu comes in two types: chicken and pork loin, tender and rare. Other toppings include chopped green onions, chopped onions, and seaweed. +Nibodama Noodles are Kata, dried sardines oil + dried sardines powder, Mix well and serve as is → sprinkle with lemon vinegar → add to leftover dried sardine soup.
There aren't many dried sardines in Koshigaya, but Mr. Retsu is highly rated. I had the Niboshi Soba Kiwami. The taste and flavor go wild in your mouth. The texture of the soup was perfect and it was eaten in no time. I think I would like a little more soupy Ryohei. I think next time I'll have Nipotama as well.
It was delicious with dried sardines. “Nibotama”, which is a flavored replacement ball after ramen, is also a good combination and highly satisfying.
