Higashiomi, Shiga, Japan｜Hinoya

I came across this place as I was driving around to see if I could eat Eigenji soba. The store is located a little down the hill, and there is a parking lot nearby. Unfortunately, they were offering a different type of soba, so I ordered Inaniwa udon. I heard that the eel and yuba were also recommended, so I thought I'd try them again. The udon noodles were served piping hot and steaming hot.

A senior at work took me there. To be honest, I wasn't good at eel, but when I was told it was recommended, I couldn't refuse and decided to eat it for the first time in decades. When I tried it, I was surprised at how delicious it was. I would personally go there again.

I used it with my family, and it was a spacious and comfortable restaurant. I think the customer service from the employees was also good. The main dish is delicious and I can recommend it to everyone.
