It was really delicious. It was my first trip to Lake Biwa and I didn't have a set dinner date, so I wanted to eat meat. I went to "Wagyu lab.Tsujimoto". The meat, the service, and the friendly owner's wife were excellent. I'll stop by again when I'm around Lake Biwa!

It was a very delicious restaurant. Regarding the taste, other people's reviews said that the sauce was thin, but that was not the case at all, and it was one of the best yakiniku restaurants I have ever visited. Also, the quality of the meat is good, and personally, when I order the special selection platter, I can enjoy both the refreshing meat and the oily meat, and it is a very satisfying menu considering the price. I think that's how it was. (Recommended for when you are confused about ordering or for couples!!) As for the speed of service, we had 4 people dining this time, and while we were talking normally, we didn't feel like the service was slow, and we had a great time. (I think it has to do with the convenience of the store, so I thought it was normal to be busy when it's busy!) Regarding the service, there were some part-time workers who were rated as beginners, so I gave it a ⭐︎4 with expectations for the future, but as a yakiniku restaurant, I was satisfied with the overall taste and quality of the meat. It felt like a store.
