A shop that I used to pass by and was curious about. Hino Ramen is a restaurant that claims to be the ultimate eight-species shellfish soup stock. It faces the national highway and is easily accessible. I ordered a lunch set (shellfish broth ramen and selectable rice). Rice is kelp rice. I thought that it looked like a simple soy sauce, but I was surprised when I took a sip of the soup! ️ You will be surprised by the complex taste. To be honest, it's the first time I've met a ramen shop that betrayed my expectations in a good way😁It was so delicious! ! The kombu rice in the set is also cooked rice with a strong dashi stock. A shop where you can eat delicious food at an affordable price ✨ I want to go again! !
Visited on 2023/05/03. I received the shellfish soup char siu set for ¥1,600. For rice, you can choose either egg-cooked rice or eight-shelled kelp rice. The noodles are medium thick and chewy whole grain noodles. The chashu is soft and delicious. And the soup is full of exquisite flavor. It feels more like ordering soup at a high-end restaurant than a ramen restaurant. You can make it cheaply by using additives, but I'm sorry that it's expensive because you use real ingredients, but I'm surprised that you can make it so delicious without using any additives. The eight shellfish kelp rice was also a flavorful rice dish that concentrated the flavor of the dashi stock (though it would have been best if it was a little less salty). If it tastes this good without relying on additives, I don't think it's expensive. Thank you for the meal.
