Hino, Shiga, Japan｜石挽そば 守貞

Great parking. Nice music and atmosphere. Food was excellent. Highly recommend. I had the Hino Premium Beef Donburi, which is authentic to this area. The sauce is strong but the flavor of the beef is complimented well. Very unique satisfying flavor that is hard to find elsewhere. Cold Soba noodles were a perfect way to finish the meal. Highly recommend going to the cafe for a sweet dessert.

Good noodles, lovely space

I received a set of Hime Gozen and Omi Beef Bowl! I was healed by the stylish and retro space, and all the food was delicious and I was very satisfied ❤️ There are also many other things on the premises, such as a cafe and a gallery. I went there for sightseeing in Shiga, and I will go again!
