Having worked part-time at a former handmade soba restaurant, I think this restaurant is delicious! Both soup stock and noodles are good! I'm going to have a good time! I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but it turned out to be a hit. First of all, it smells good from the front door. Don't forget cash because it's a system to buy food tickets. Because it was only cash payment, the service is four stars. The clerk was a friendly woman. I wonder if it's a family business, and after it got busy, the grandma's clerk entered the hall on the way. I was talking with the regulars (lol) This local feeling is good. The customer base is men and women of all ages, from small children to regular customers. I ordered herring soba and the famous nabeyaki udon. When the herring came out, it smelled so good that I drank the broth and was impressed. good! In the heat, almost everyone around me ordered zaru soba, and I ordered nabeyaki udon (laughs). But personally, the herring was delicious! I want you to eat it! When I thought it was hot, they also turned on the air conditioner. It was right below, but it feels like it's been cleaned beautifully. It may be an old building, but I felt clean. At noon on a Saturday, the place was packed! I'm glad I made a reservation and went. Thank you for the meal. I'm posting this because I don't want this nostalgic, delicious restaurant to disappear. *Although it was a little far to the restroom, the store clerk showed me around with a smile and was very helpful. I was surprised to find a garden on the way. You can also see a bit of the kitchen. It was good because there was a western style toilet in front! It was beautiful.

After purifying my mind and body at Taga Taisha Shrine, I came to the store because I wanted to eat Choju Soba. However, even though it was late afternoon, today's soba noodles were out of stock. Just when I thought this was a good idea, I saw the Nabeyaki Udon menu and ordered it without hesitation. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so it took a while to be seated and for it to come out after ordering. Steam rises from a hot iron pot. A sip of soup. The bonito stock is strong and sweet. People from the Kanto region may not be familiar with the flavor of Kansai's thin soup stock, but it's delicious. Fill your mouth with juicy shrimp and sweet fried fox, and you'll be satisfied until the end. Personally, I liked the shiitake mushrooms as they were very saturated. Thank you for the meal.

A restaurant on the approach to Taga Taisha. I was exhausted after walking for quite a while, so I decided to take a break and have lunch. As for the taste... Hmmm! Isn't it good! It permeates my tired body. The broth that comes out while simmering is moderately effective, and it goes perfectly with the soft udon noodles. Even now and in the past, when you're tired of walking and hungry, you can't help but eat udon noodles at a restaurant where you finally sat down. So 5 stars, but I wouldn't say the location isn't unbiased. But it can't be helped because it's a place where such conditions are added. I am sure you will feel the same way. Oh, it's December now. Let's stop nabeyaki udon in summer.
