Love the place, Love the Chef, Love the Soba. The soba noodles are thin and soft like sômen noodles. If you like more fragrant noodles you maybe try other places but as far as I’m concerned, every recipe is a perfect blend. Small room (about 15 seats) and cozy atmosphere.

Great soba shop run by two nice ladies. Highly recommend!

I was curious about it during a touring trip to Lake Biwa, so I went in. The thinner noodles I've never seen before, just like somen noodles. The soba had a nice aroma and texture and was delicious (,,•﹏•,,)
