I love soba and have been to many restaurants including Shinshu, but for me this was the best. Of course, the soba noodles have a wonderfully delicious soup! The personality of the chef and his mother, combined with the scenery, is a restaurant where you can relax.

When I was looking for a photo spot on my bike, the lady at the shop kindly told me about it. The next day, I went for a photo shoot and ate soba noodles. All of the soba noodles were made with soba noodles, and they were very delicious. I was left with a good impression of how polite and friendly the staff were on the phone and at the store. The food, atmosphere, and surrounding scenery are great, making you want to come back again.
