There is mackerel sushi, broiled mackerel sushi, and grilled mackerel sushi. I had mackerel sushi and broiled mackerel sushi. The mackerel sushi is oily but light. The broiled mackerel sushi is fragrant, but the oily taste may differ to different tastes. Both are delicious!

Two people visited and had a mackerel sushi set meal (1400 yen) and a roasted mackerel sushi set meal (1500 yen). Both were delicious. Especially for those who were grilled, the slightly melted fat soaked into the rice, and the combination of green onions and ginger as condiments was the best.

I ate the mackerel udon, and the flavor of the mackerel slowly spread into my mouth, and the chewy noodles were wrapped in the flavor of the mackerel. The soup stock is delicious, with the flavor of the mackerel and the flavor of the stock matching perfectly. I was able to buy Heshiko too.
