Takashima, Shiga, Japan｜Eishouan

It's one of my favorite soba restaurants. The food is very tasty and carefully prepared. Of course, the hot soba noodles are delicious as well as the cold ones.

I ordered the ``Hime size'' because the regular size has a lot of quantity. It was just the right amount for me. It was a delicious soba with a chewy texture. There were various types of pottery for sale in the store, and I enjoyed looking at them until the soba noodles came out.

There is a display of pottery and woodwork next to the cash register, creating a fun atmosphere. Soba noodles are quite thick and firm, and go well with the dark soup stock. The wasabi was also delicious.
