It is truly a "soy sauce magician" A shop specializing in "soy sauce ramen". I often hear people say, ``The taste of that restaurant has deteriorated,'' but ``The taste of that restaurant has improved! It is no exaggeration to say that this is a rare shop. That is Menya Koji. I went to eat with my parents before going to cram school. Manager? He was a very personable person and easy to talk to, and he was kind of like a cute character lol. The ramen was naturally very delicious. I went there quite a while ago so I don't remember what I ordered...(sorry) It was just the right amount and I could eat it all! The char siu was thin, and even though I don't like char siu, I was able to eat it for the first time lol The noodles were normal thickness! I was happy because it was filling and I felt full! ♡ The shop is also beautiful compared to other ramen shops! There was no oily feeling (?) on the floor that is typical of ramen restaurants! There were counter seats and table seats! ! The table seats were of the type that sat on the floor. I don't remember if there was anything like a seat for a baby 😭🙌 but I think I saw one! Mazesoba was delicious. The rice bowl was also very tasty with just the right amount of flavor. I went after 2 o'clock, so there weren't many customers, and I felt like the food was being cooked for a reasonable amount of time. Even the chase meal felt like work. I think I'd like to try Omifuji next. It was so good that I tried Omifuji a third time. The ridgeline is beautiful, although it's a little overcrowded. Indeed, it lives up to the name Fuji. There's no vulgarity of just piling it up, just pile it up carefully. When you take a photo, if you take it at an angle like you would take a photo of Mt. Fuji, you can see exactly the ridgeline of Mt. Fuji. And it tastes good too. The rare char siew on top of piping hot bean sprouts is just the right amount of warmth and is truly delicious. If it wasn't lunchtime, I would have wanted to have the meat and bean sprouts as an appetizer with sake. The overall taste is a little spicy, and thanks to that spiciness, you can eat a large portion comfortably. Stomach sizes vary from person to person, so this is just my subjective opinion, but I felt that the Omifuji served here was a ``super large portion for an ordinary person'' and was at the limit of what a normal person could eat deliciously. The owner was also very nice and thank you for the meal.
