One of my favorite dining experiences ever, in terms of the food, drinks, hospitality and ambience. The culinary level is sky high, but the food is honest, unfussy and exactly what I want from a high-end meal. The wines were superb; the cocktails were inspired and delicious. The room is gorgeous, the setting (bank of Lake Biwa) is amazing, and the hospitality matched the food — top level but down to earth. Will definitely return.

One of the best fine dining experience in my life, pairing was amazing, even the non-alcohol. Highly recommend homemade Coke. Food were delicate, flavor was amazing, using different technique dealing with vegetables and protein. You can feel the passion and excitement when they introduced dishes.
