I immediately heard that the restaurant was rebuilt due to typhoon damage three years ago and was reopened last month. Kaiseki cuisine that uses plenty of Lake Biwa's bounty, mainly funazushi served there. As someone from Kyushu, I was completely unfamiliar with Funazushi. I would like to have the opportunity to visit you again.

In April 2021, the new “Korian” will be born. I visited the exhibition the other day. I thoroughly enjoyed "Korian", which is filled with the thoughts of the president and landlady. As part of the course, the rice part of carp sushi was made into a paste and served as a pasta sauce, and it was so delicious that I thought it was really fragrant cheese. Apparently, a customer suggested that if there was bread available, they would like to wipe off the remaining sauce before eating it, so bread was served, and I ended up eating it all cleanly. The pasta was also served in perfect condition. We enjoyed carp sushi, which was fermented for two years, in a variety of forms. The rest of the menu also looked beautiful, as shown in the review photos, and I could see that they had been well researched, and I was impressed by the depth of the owner's inquisitive mind. It was a happy lunch time while looking out at Lake Biwa in a fully glass-enclosed room.
