This is a ramen shop located along National Route 8. Although it doesn't stand out very much, it is a shop that has won numerous Grand Prix awards. (ФωФ) There are 3 parking spaces in front of the building, and I think you can park on the side as well. The interior of the store has a Japanese taste that is reminiscent of a ninja mansion. By the way, it is an order system. This time, I ordered the recommended ``Sataki Seyu Ramen''. (ФωФ) Delivery time is a little slow, but acceptable. The ramen itself is a chicken based soy sauce soup, but it is quite oily. The noodles are flat, cube-cut noodles that coat the soup well. There's a lot of bean sprouts there. It also contains green onions and cabbage. (ФωФ) The chashu is quite soft and has a lot of fat. Also, the back fat floating all over the soup makes it even more oily (ﾟДﾟ;) To be honest, I don't think people who don't like it because it's too oily will really like it (*´･д･) If that happens, don't worry, there are plenty of other ramen options available. Above all, I'm happy that the ramen is served piping hot. I ordered “Abura Soba”✨ It seems like the flavor is stronger than I expected. ``Char Mayo Bowl'' and ``Gyoza'' are also available. It was delicious so I will use it again!
