A restaurant where you can eat authentic trout dishes made by locals. The outside of the store is unremarkable, but the inside is nicely renovated and comfortable. The proprietress's handmade candied sardines are exquisite. The salt-grilled fish is freshly caught from the fish tank and grilled on the spot. Rainbow trout salmon roe also has a strong taste. The owner and his wife are very nice and enthusiastic, and the store is clean. The price is really reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

A shop specializing in rainbow trout. We had salmon roe and sashimi parent and child greedy rice bowl, sashimi pickled rice bowl, and whole sushi. (About 2000 to 2500 yen) All of them were very delicious, with sweet boiled boiled softly from the head and soup. Rainbow trout sashimi felt refreshing and powerful compared to salmon. I was happy that the restroom was very clean (it smelled really good...), and I was able to see a rainbow trout child and a big rainbow trout about 3 years old after the meal. (Kanro-ni and Sugata-zushi use white-fleshed baby rainbow trout, and sashimi uses large rainbow trout about 3 years old.)

The rainbow trout set meal was delicious😋 It was a little softer than the kanroni I used to eat when I was a child, and it was very easy to eat. All that was left was the tail😁 Both the ara soup and the rainbow trout bowl were very delicious! It seems that reservations are required at night, but I would like to make a reservation and come for a drink 😃 I heard that you can stay there on Friday, Saturday and night 😊 I went! Although it's not pictured, the candied trout pizza and Kanro pizza were delicious😋 I was able to taste and compare Japanese sake, and it was very delicious😄 It's nearby so I'd like to go there again on Fridays and Saturdays for drinks 🎵 P.S.😊 Night part?
