Nagahama, Shiga, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

It was my favorite char siu I've ever had. Both the soup and char siu are lighter than they look. It was worth the effort to stop by on the way back from visiting Chikubushima. I went with a child in a stroller, but I was grateful that they welcomed me kindly. I was able to eat warm ramen without worrying. I want to go to eat again someday.

I went to Daiichi Asahi in Nagahama for the first time in a while. I got the special large serving. Daiichi Asahi eats at the main store and Owari Daiichi Asahi's Ichinomiya and Nishiki in the Tokai region, but I thought it was the closest to the taste of the main store. The flavor of the pork and chicken that spreads in my mouth after the crispy soy sauce reminded me of the main restaurant in Kyoto. I feel that Owari Daiichi Asahi is a little weak in soy sauce. I felt that this shop was seriously making it while protecting the taste of the main store. Straight noodles with a little peculiarity and thin pork with less fat and a little smell are also excellent compatibility with soup and delicious. I had a delicious Daiichi Asahi for the first time in a while.

It was a delicious ramen reminiscent of nostalgic Chinese soba. The char siu is large and thick and delicious. It is recommended when going to Hokuriku area from Nagahama city. Good taste and good price.
