I was planning to have lunch at the Inabe Plum Festival venue, but there were so many lines that I decided to move on and have lunch, so I headed over without making a reservation. In the end, I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours, and the white rice was gone, so I only had flavored rice, so I couldn't choose the flavor, but I ordered the onigiri set meal and the Tatsutaage set meal. While waiting outside, I warmed my cold hands with a warm teacup and waited for a few minutes. It is only recommended. It's delicious and full of vegetables. I'm happy to be able to get a second helping of miso soup 😃 The dogs will entertain you while you wait. By the way, the golden child is Komugi-chan. Customers with pets can eat together on the verandah, so I finished the delicious meal in no time, thinking that if my child were still alive, I would have loved to come with him! I think I'll make a reservation this time!

I had lunch with three women, a baby, and a toddler. The atmosphere was very nice and I felt nostalgic, like I was visiting my grandmother's house in the countryside. Also, I can tell that the lunches are carefully prepared ^ ^ I was grateful that they provided small chairs, plates, and tableware for the children. Lunch was also very voluminous, so I was disappointed that I couldn't go for dessert. I want to go eat there again ^ ^

Enjoy a hearty meal at Okudo Nakamurasha, an old folk house lunch/café in Inabe... I've been wanting to visit for a long time, fascinated by the ``old folk houses'' and ``Kamado-cooked rice,'' and now I can finally do it! The ``220-year-old old folk house'' slogan... It's Tenka Tenpo from the Edo period... I couldn't believe it was built over 200 years ago, but the ``Okudo-san'' stove installed on the dirt floor really gave me a sense of history and was still in active use... All of the 22 sho of rice a day is cooked over wood at Okudo-san, allowing you to enjoy the charred rice. I came here with the intention of having the ``Kamado Gozen'' made with Shochikubai, but due to arranging ingredients such as sashimi, ``reservations must be made 3 days in advance'', so today I had a set meal and a drink with dessert. “Kamado Gozen” will be a treat next time. The rice cooked in the oven was a bit burnt, but had a nostalgic taste and was delicious. The miso soup with lots of ingredients made with homemade miso was so delicious that I ordered a second helping. It was my first time visiting the store, but the owner, Mr. Yamazaki, was friendly and I had a good time talking with him about various things. Also, I heard that NHK E-Tele's "Haru-san's Holiday" (a popular program that visits unique old folk houses) will be filmed at Okudo Nakamurasha and will be aired at the end of November...I'm looking forward to it ^_^ #okudo Nakamurasha #Okudosan #Kamado #The rice cooked at Okudosan is the best #Old house #Using old folk houses #Old house utilization project #Old house restaurant #Inabe vacant house regeneration project #Empty house regeneration project
