Inabe, Mie, Japan｜Kamata

They have delicious Udon as lunch menu. The environment is quite calming. worth the 30 min ride to reach here.

I've been getting requests from before to go to Inabe. The udon here is sticky and slippery. The dashi stock has a gentle taste with dried bonito flakes. Again, please let me know. It was a feast.

You can eat very delicious handmade udon. The noodles are soft and the soup stock is so delicious that you want to drink it all up. The tempura of the tempura set meal is served in a high-leg bowl, and two large shrimp tempuras are gorgeous. The same goes for the shrimp in the fried shrimp set meal. My guess is that the udon noodles are not left to boil, so the wait time may be a little longer during busy lunch hours on holidays, but in my case, the taste doubled as much as I waited. The people in the shop are silently cooking and serving customers, which makes me feel good.
