Hikone, Shiga, Japan｜Washokumendokorosagami Hikoneten

Since I came to Hikone during Golden Week, the shops near the castle had a lot of people and queues everywhere. I went over and went to this shop. The arrangement is not so different from the photos, but it's a chain store, so the taste is good and delicious. Inside the store, there are only private room seats and counter seats, but corona measures are taken firmly, and the store clerk was also good at responding. The tonkatsu set meal I ate with plum meat and grated radish was delicious, and the soba noodles that came with the set meal were delicious.

I ordered the Oyster Kamameshi Gozen. It was a delicious kamameshi rice bowl with plenty of perfectly cooked oysters full of flavor.

I had a pretty good time in Hikone City! I ate wanko soba and was quite surprised! The quality of the buckwheat is very good even though it is a dog. Coarsely ground noodles! The scent is very good, and the mentsuyu is fragrant and refreshing with Kansai seasoning, so you can enjoy the scent of soba while eating! There is no one at the dog, so if you eat it, you will have to repeat the order! Highly recommended!
