I was a little nervous due to the casual appearance of the store, but I entered the store believing that I couldn't go wrong with Omi beef. I was told that beef hitsumabushi was a good choice, but I was originally planning to eat yakiniku at a nearby restaurant, so I wanted to eat the classics...sorry (lol) Lunch was free, and included rice, miso soup, and salad, including lean steak and beef tongue. Ordered a steak. Yes, the quality of the meat is perfect. It's a matter of preference, but I think it's best to leave the lean meat as is and slightly sear the beef tongue. and. I made a reservation and was seated immediately. It seems to be a popular store, and there were many people waiting for their turn in the car in the parking lot. I recommend Hitsumabushi, and my family each ordered sirloin steak and hamburg steak. Everything was delicious and satisfying. The hitsumabushi was delicious as is. I thought it would be nice to choose a little more salad on the side menu. The store clerk was also nice.

Before I ate it, I thought it might be a little heavy, but if you squeeze the sudachi, you can enjoy the dashi chazuke to the very end. The store clerk was also polite and likable. I went there around noon on Saturday and visited without making a reservation, but I was able to enter without waiting. However, it is usually quite crowded, so we recommend making a reservation before visiting.
