Nagahama, Shiga, Japan｜Bubuan

This is a wonderful shop run by a very kind and warm couple. I visited during lunch time to try the famous grilled mackerel somen noodles. The Shijimi Seiro is also very delicious, and even after it is delivered, it is steamed until steaming, and you can enjoy other Seiro rice as well. There was a handwritten message on the back of the menu, and I was heartened by the wonderful content. Payment is by cash only. It's about a 1-minute walk from the 3-hour free park parking lot across the road.

It's close to Nagahama Station, so I stopped by for lunch. The atmosphere of the shop was very calm, and the owner, an elderly couple, was calm and warm. I ordered Yamakake Udon and it was very delicious! When I come to Nagahama again, I will stop by this shop.
