I made an appointment to visit on Sunday night to celebrate my birthday. A restaurant serving creative French and Spanish cuisine. There is no homepage, and there is almost no information on the internet, so the menu is something you can only look forward to after you go there. ○ Inside the store It is an old house that has been renovated, with warm lighting and a calming atmosphere. Near the entrance of the store, wine bottles and corks are beautifully displayed. The inside of the store is stylish, with pictures drawn by children? etc. are displayed. The tables and chairs are uneven, but it still feels good. There were four of us, but we were given a spacious table that could seat six people. Perhaps because it was a Sunday night, there were only one group of us and one other customer, and the place was quiet and comfortable with jazz music playing. There were two people running the shop, but the women in particular were the ones who talked to me about various things. They are particular about the ingredients they use and the alcohol they use, and it feels like so-and-so's 〇〇. Local production for local consumption. ○Food I made a reservation for the course at the time of booking. The details are not available on the website, so that's all I can remember from the phone interview... A 4000 yen course with paella as the main dish. Paella + pork or venison course for 4,500 yen, Paella + Omi beef course for 5,000 yen I think there was. I was told that you can combine à la carte items to create a course, but the market is closed on Sundays, so there may be some things you can't do. Since I wanted to eat venison, I decided to order the omakase course with a ratio of 1:1 Omi beef and venison. Furthermore, I told her in advance that I was pregnant and avoided raw foods and natural cheese, and that it was my birthday (she asked if I was celebrating something). The food is cut by two people, so basically it comes out on a large platter and is divided into portions. Most of them were unique and I was experiencing them for the first time! Does the tomato vichyssoise taste a little like watermelon? I couldn't eat cheese, but the liver pate was delicious! (Even though I don't like liver, this was delicious and I ate it!) The bread is also original and delicious! Caesar salad has watermelon in it. The abalone is carved and easy to eat, and it made me want some alcohol...! Personally, I was most looking forward to the paella, which had an authentic taste! This is so delicious that you won't find it anywhere else! The venison was tender, flavorful, and delicious! There are three types of dessert to choose from (peach compote, peach cream puff, crème brûlée), and they are all delicious. There's something different about the fresh cream. There was soy milk ice cream on top, but this was also a special soy milk ice cream with a taste I had never had before. What I didn't expect was that the lights in the restaurant were turned off and the two staff members brought the dessert to me! I was surprised because I hadn't expected anything like that since I had booked it myself! As for alcohol...I can't really comment, but it seems like a good idea to have some wine here. A glass of red, white, and sparkling costs about 600 to 900 yen. I was surprised by the service, hospitality, and many other aspects, but it was a very nice restaurant that felt like home. I'll probably come back for the paella. 〇Payment It's like cash. There is one parking lot on the right side facing the store. If you can't park, the store staff will guide you.

I went there after being told about it by a local. To be honest, all of the food was extremely delicious. These were carefully selected items. The conversation I had with the shop owner was full of interesting things, and I thought, ``What the heck is this shop? Whenever I come to Nagahama, I'll definitely come back!'' It was so delicious that I ate it and drank it all!

I had lunch. Reasonably priced but very delicious 💕 Paella is exquisite ❤️
