In addition to the large offal, there are plenty of vegetables! Among them, bamboo shoots are the most distinctive! Locally-grown bamboo shoots are added to the motsu-ni, and the local miso and asari are the perfect accents to the delicious motsu-ni! I thought so, but it turned out to be a very large portion and the offal was very plentiful and delicious! I also had the fried chicken separately. Tired of driving on the Chubu-Odan Expressway, I stopped at the roadside station Nanbu. So I came to this restaurant to eat lunch. All you have to do is buy a meal ticket and your order will be sent to the kitchen, so all you have to do is wait at your seat for your number to be called! My wife and I ordered a pork bowl set meal for 1200 yen and a boiled offal set meal for 850 yen. The pork bowl set meal had a tomato ketchup-type sauce rather than a kabayaki-type sauce, and it had a nice sour and umami flavor. The fragrant accent of roasted sesame is also a nice touch! The bowl was deeper than it looked and was filling. The offal stew set meal contained pork offal and Nanbu bamboo shoots, and the amount of offal was so large that I couldn't believe it was only 850 yen, and the Nanbu bamboo shoots were chewy and delicious with a soft texture. I went on a weekday in late March, and it started to get crowded around 11:30, so it might be a good idea to go early.
