Fujikawa, Yamanashi, Japan｜吉祥 増穂店

This was my first visit to the Masuho store. There are 3 tatami seats (it seems like they can be connected) and about 10 tables. It was just as delicious as the Tatomi store. It might just be a coincidence, but I felt like it was a little salty today. It comes out quickly, the stir-fried foods are crispy, and the fried foods are crispy, which I think is good. It was empty when I went at 6pm, but by 7pm it was full! It's a very popular store! I thought.

Cheap, delicious, fast, and the staff are nice and easy to enter. Recommended is the ramen set meal. The fried chicken that comes with this is irresistible. Also, the mapo tofu is amazing, like hellish magma coming out of a baked stone dish, it's so good. It is also possible to make a reservation by phone and take it home. As an aside, the location of this store was the terminus of the Yamanashi Kotsu train line, which ran until the 1960s. A road called Abandoned Track extends north from this store.

It's cheap and filling, so it's recommended to share it with everyone. The set of fried rice and ramen is not much different from the single item, so if you want ramen for one person or fried rice for one person, the set is a good deal.
