Most of the menu is locally sourced and is cooked perfectly. Simple choices with steaks from Yamanashi the highlights. Homey atmosphere and good vibes. Very attentive staff. It is much more expensive vs local restaurants as this is attached to the 5 star hotel next door. You get what you pay for!
