Dinner at a coffee shop-style house restaurant in Hokuto City. The beef stew and hamburger I ordered was just too delicious with a rich demi-glace sauce full of umami! A chunk of beef simmered so softly that it can be loosened with chopsticks, and a juicy hamburg steak overflowing with gravy. Both of them are full of volume and are served with plenty of vegetables, so they are satisfying to eat! . The interior of the shop is not only wonderful with red check cloths and retro-style chairs, but also the sound of jazz video playing on the stage where jazz live is performed is comfortable as if it were live sound. Free parking available. Used in late January. When visiting by car in winter, I think it would be better to have studless tires. There are dishes such as pasta, pizza, and stews, and there are dishes that children can enjoy. All the dishes used vegetables and meat ingredients, and the seasoning was complicated, so I could taste the dishes from various aspects. Since local vegetables are used, it's a place I'd like to visit in the summer when vegetables are in abundance. When I visited, a monitor was placed in a place like a stage inside the store, and music was playing. It's interesting to see how it's used because there's a facility here where you can listen to live music. The chairs and desks are also antique, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

This is my first time writing a review like this. Beef stew and hamburger steak are the best. Although I live in Tokyo, the prices were very reasonable. I wonder if I could take more. If I go to Yatsugatake again, I will definitely go there!
