More Comments at Google MapI got the chance to visit Mr. Yamabiko, who has always caught my attention every time I drive down National Route 20. It's been a long time since I last had such a delicious simmered cutlet bowl and miso soup. Since the 1970s, the exterior and interior have been designed to look like time has stopped for the desks, chairs, and fixtures. It can also be used as a location for movies and videos. The restroom is outside and you enter through a door that is poorly placed. There is no paper provided and no running water, so wash your hands inside the store. People who care will probably care a lot. The rice grown and cooked in Hakushu's delicious water and the miso soup with a strong dashi stock are simply delicious. The cutlet of the boiled katsudon is good, and the way the egg is cooked is the way you like it, with a mixture of half-cooked and cooked parts. The sauce has a slightly strong taste, but you'll keep dipping until the end without getting bored. I received a very satisfying meal, coupled with the atmosphere of a kind mother who wants to keep you healthy forever. He said with a wry smile that it was difficult to tell if the store was open or not because the parking lot was so large.
That seems like a lie. I'm doing it. So... A drive-in with a huge parking lot along Route 20. Rusted signboard, desolate appearance. One aunty is open today. An average cutlet bowl served in an average bowl. Don't underestimate me. The beaten egg barely retains its solidity, the texture is crisp enough to bite into, the pork has a strong seasoning, and the more you chew, the more the fat oozes out. And rice. It has a heavy weight to it, probably because it was written in ladle letters. “Everyone says we have quite a lot.” A word from Auntie before you order. Well then, it's average. Perfectly good.
I entered the restaurant, drawn by the atmosphere that seemed like something out of a solitary gourmet restaurant. Daily? I ordered a levanilla set meal that seemed to be. The quantity, taste, and atmosphere of the restaurant were great. The owner's mother is also a nice person and I would definitely use her again if I have the opportunity.
