After climbing Mt. Amari in the rain on October 1st, we relaxed at Hakusan Onsen and had lunch at the Kamikoji soba restaurant next door. I was shown around without waiting, but the place filled up in no time. From the table seats, you can see Mt. Kinpu and Mt. Mizugaki. I found the cold version of hoto ozara that I had always wanted to try, so I ordered it. What's the crunchiness of onions? The umami of the shiitake mushrooms is so carefully made that it's very delicious! The tempura soba was also delicious. The taste of the chicken meat makes you want white rice. It's a clean shop and I'm very satisfied! Hakusan Onsen isn't that big either, but the hot water was good for ¥700♨️.

2021.11 visit I stopped by for lunch when I went to the nearby hot springs. Both the soba and tempura looked delicious, but I was curious about the famous ``Ozara Udon'' and ordered it. The result was very correct! ! This dish of smooth, cold, flat udon noodles dipped in warm dipping sauce with lots of ingredients is truly the best! You can get well-balanced nutrients such as vegetables, and best of all, you can't get enough of udon noodles! ! The amount of dipping sauce is so much that I wonder if it's okay to have so much. The best!

I received the hoto! It was delicious with a gentle flavor and plenty of vegetables. I guess I'll have to wait a little bit.
