The soba noodles have a thick soup and a firm texture. This was soba that felt like soba. When you drink it with soba-yu, it tastes just right again. It was perfect in the summer when there was a lack of salt. I wish they would put the juice and soba-yu into a plastic bottle and sell it as chilled soba-yu like Calpis Water. When I ordered the set, it came with coffee and dessert, and I was full. There was a tatami room and I was allowed to use it. We have carefully prepared some chairs for people with mobility problems. With this, even people with artificial joints or people with bad legs can walk around with peace of mind! There are toys for children to play with, so if your child runs out of control while waiting, you can borrow one and let them play without bothering others. What a thoughtful store!
