Great
Lives in Yamanashi Prefecture. Two men and one woman went for a hot pot dinner. This is my second time here for lunch and dinner after being recommended by a friend who is a chef. At lunch, I gave them two types of hotpot ingredients from here as a gift to celebrate my discharge from the hospital, but I've never had them before and want to try them someday! That's what I thought, and my wish came true. In conclusion, all three of us were very satisfied! I love hot pot. The other guy likes Asian food, and in the past he couldn't eat mutton at all because it smelled so bad, but this time he ate it. The woman was looking for the medicinal hotpot, and the craft drinks and sweets were delicious, so she ordered a variety of them. The hot pot you are looking for comes in two colors: medicinal mushroom and chicken paitan. And here's the high point: It comes with spicy sauce and black vinegar, which you can pour onto your own plate and eat to your liking. The other two people didn't like spicy food, so it was nice to be able to share the hotpot with everyone's preferences. There was a plate of mutton, chicken, vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu, and it was enough for two big eaters. I couldn't resist ordering additional pork rice and Sichuan mapo bowl. So I had to postpone the noodles that I had planned to order for hot pot. We also enjoyed a variety of drinks and sweets. Craft cola, lassi, ginger ale, etc., as well as affogato and jersey milk ice cream. The menu was so extensive that it was hard to decide what to order. I was there for about 2 and a half hours, but I had a wonderful time enjoying the hidden location surrounded by woods, the warmth of the wood in the store, and the scent of spices. I've eaten hot pot dozens of times in mainland China, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the soup stock and spices. All the ingredients were fresh. The spices are well-mixed, making it easy to eat, and there is no aftertaste. It took an hour by car, but I was happy to find out that there is a shop like this in Yamanashi, Japan.
