More Comments at Google MapThe best curry I had in a while! The owners are really lovely and the parfaits are to die for: 4 stars (for food) because I’ve yet to try everything 😆 enjoy your time there! Oh
This cafe is located in a renovated Showa house with matcha-brown curtains, located just after turning left at the Makihara intersection in Hokuto City on the Koshu Kaido road from Yamanashi to Nagano. The parking lot is a little far away on the other side of the road, in front of the sweets shop Akizuki. Going out in August 2023 It's a popular restaurant, but it doesn't seem like you can make reservations. There were chairs in the waiting area, but it was harsh on a midsummer day 💦 We called out to the staff, wrote our names in, and evacuated to the car 💦 It was lunchtime during the Obon season, so we had to wait for over 30 minutes. did. but! It was worth the wait ☺️ The inside of the store is exactly like the "doma" structure. It was a little different from my taste, but the work was amazing✨It was run by a couple, and I was impressed by the wife's attentiveness, the husband's promptness, and the service that the two of them turned together✨ (My husband, who has experience working in a hotel, praised me very much lol) The meals are made with plenty of locally grown vegetables, are extremely delicious and reasonably priced 🙆 Beautifully arranged too✨ The rice is local Takegawa 48 rice, and the miso soup is a little different. Both are delicious The appearance and taste of each amuseum is carefully crafted and no corners are cut. The popular stew of wagyu beef was sold out, but I was able to eat lunch cheaper than I had planned, so I ordered a parfait after the meal ♪ The parfait with lots of seasonal fruits was also cheap ✨ I can see why this is popular. You'll probably fall in love with this store once you visit. It's a small restaurant with few seats. Let's wait in line because we can eat a delicious lunch ☺️
It was one of the shops I wanted to go to because it was a local shop, but I used it for the first time. As the name suggests, the interior of the store, which is based on the image of a dirt floor in an old private house, has a very good atmosphere. It seems that there are many combinations of dishes such as amuse bouche and miso soup as the main dish. The photo shows the chicken cutlet curry and Fujizakura pork kalbi yakiniku. Prices range from ¥1000 to ¥1500, making it easy to enter. All the dishes using local and prefecture ingredients were attractive. Desserts are also fulfilling. They mainly serve parfaits, and the price is ¥800 including tax, which is quite reasonable! There are also many variations, such as those using Yamanashi's specialty peaches and grapes, and Japanese-style ones using hojicha and azuki beans. I didn't eat it this time, but next time I'd like to have dessert. Reservations are not accepted, so if you go there and there are no seats available, you may have to wait for a while, so it is better to go with plenty of time.
