Delicious soba, and the tempura was amazing. 😍

Hakushu is famous for its clean water, and I get the impression that there are many delicious soba restaurants in areas with clean water. I've been to this store several times, and it's a very popular store that always has a line waiting to open even on weekdays. (However, the line is not so long that you can't get a seat when the store opens.) I always get the "Juwari Soba Tendon Small Set" which is only available for lunch on weekdays. As expected, the soba noodles are 100% delicious, with a good aroma and texture. The tempura bowl is small, so although there is a little bit of rice, there are plenty of tempura ingredients and large shrimp on top. The vegetables are said to change depending on the season, and when I visited, it had zucchini on it and it was very delicious. We also have a variety of other menu items, such as Yamanashi Prefecture's stewed chicken offal and eggplant soba miso dengaku, which we recommend for those who are drinking alcohol from lunch!

I had Tenmori Soba (100 percent soba). The new soba season had just started, and I was happy to be able to enjoy the aroma of soba noodles (^^) This time I visited on a weekday at noon, but it was full of people with reservations and people waiting in line, and although I was able to get seated on the second turn, it took about 1.2 hours to be served ^^; Please go when you have time.
