Speaking of yakisoba, this is the place. The yakisoba at Aotake Shokudo is the most delicious. Sometimes I crave it, and no matter what other yakisoba I eat, I always end up coming back here. It's that kind of shop. Offal is also excellent.

The giblets are made with horse giblets and white miso for a sweet taste, and are very delicious.There is probably no other restaurant around here that serves horse giblets like this. And the most important yakisoba was the best I had. I love yakisoba and have eaten it not only in the prefecture but also in Tokyo and Osaka, but the moment I took a bite, it brought back the taste of the restaurants my mother took me to when I was little.
