I visited for lunch during my trip to Yamanashi. From the entrance, you'll feel like you've come to England, making it the perfect place for a date or a girls' night out. Through the arrangement of a friend who had made the reservation, we were given a dinner course even though it was lunch time. This menu is filled with a surprising array of high-quality ingredients, and I was excited from the moment I saw the menu. The actual food was beautiful to look at, and each ingredient and seasoning were delicious. ・Fried conger conger in beer batter...The crispy batter, fluffy conger conger, and refreshing dressing went well together. - Grilled amberjack...I had only eaten amberjack as sashimi, but it was well-grilled, chewy, and very delicious. The 12 year aged balsamic was mellow and went well. ・Gold Rush Cold Corn Soup...Gold Rush is my favorite variety that can be eaten raw, and the cold soup was definitely delicious, and the sweet sea bream scales were crispy. ・Spaghetti with fresh sea urchin cream sauce...It was also so delicious that I wanted a second helping. ・Sautéed Ezo abalone…This was also exquisite. The mashed potatoes and liver butter sauce went well together. ・Kofu beef fillet...This meat was the most delicious beef I've ever eaten! Even though it was a fillet, it was juicy, like marbled meat, and was so soft that it fluffed when you put a knife into it. The meat was thick for a beef fillet, and the bitterness of the trebis served as an accompaniment was perfect. ・Panna cotta...Each of the fruits on it was very delicious, and the caramel nuts and vanilla flavored panna cotta went well together. The customer service at the hall was smiling and polite, and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. After the meal, we took a walk in the garden. This is an authentic English-style garden designed by a British person, and it seems that various parts of the garden were also ordered from England. We recommend that you take a walk after your meal. In addition, Yamanashi has strict measures against the coronavirus, so the seats were spacious, the restaurant was clean, and the CO2 concentration was measured, and various considerations were made to ensure that you could eat with peace of mind. . If you come to the Kofu area, this is a restaurant you'll definitely want to visit again!

Wonderful English garden 2023 5/3 I think it's been a few years since it opened, but since it's only about a 10 minute drive, I visit almost every year during the rose season, concerts, etc. Today I only looked at the garden (300 yen).The early blooming varieties of roses have only begun to bloom a little, but there is still a long way to go.This was surprising as they have already bloomed quite a bit in the Kofu Basin.The best time to see them is probably about a week later. You can enjoy a delicious Italian lunch at the restaurant, but since it's the season, (according to the receptionist) reservations are fully booked for the time being.
