Let's have peace I had the Koshu beef loin steak lunch course. I feel satisfied with the salad. It makes me happy to have so much. The meat weighs 90g, so you might think it's not enough, but the salad was really impressive❗️I think a spoon would be a good idea for an ice cream dessert. It was a feast.

I searched for "Koshu beef" and it came out, so here it is. It was a quick decision because I didn't know where it was produced because the characters of "Domestic Wagyu" were lined up at other hit shops. About 25 minutes by car from Kofu? It's a little far. The customers are locals. Customer service and delivery speed are very good. The photo is from lunch. Wagyu beef, which is expensive, has a lot of fat, so even 90g is very satisfying. The crunchy lettuce is the most impressive. The mint on the dessert was also fluffy and fresh (although I didn't eat it), and the vegetables seemed to be freshly picked. Thank you for your meal.
