Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan｜Otto Sette

One of the best restaurants in Japan for me. It’s available only for the guests of Hotel Resonare Yatsugatake. A lot of local products are used for each dish.

Italian restaurant good for families with children. The food and Japanese wine were delicious, though not very special. The staffs are so kind that we enjoyed full-course Italian dinner with our child with relaxing mood. Such a restaurant is valuable.

Incredible value for the variety of dishes offered in the course. Time well spent sampling local ingredients prepared in a well executed manner. While not matching the best in Tokyo, very few can give you the same value for the money (high cospa) especially in Yamanashi. Did I mention three dessert courses that’s a win-win-win.
