Very friendly, cheerful atmosphere, and great food!

Kamameshi is delicious! It's an old-fashioned diner with a nice atmosphere. This shop is located a short drive from Sanbuichi Yusui in Yatsugatake. I used it for lunch. The soba restaurants around here were too crowded at lunchtime, so I ended up becoming a refugee and ended up here. The main menu is eel, gomoku, wild vegetable kamameshi, and set meals, and this time I had the gomoku kamameshi. Comes with miso soup and pickled Nozawana. Kamameshi is cooked in a pot, so it takes about 20 minutes, but it's nice to be able to enjoy freshly made, piping hot kamameshi! Gomoku Kamameshi has lots of ingredients such as shrimp, quail eggs, crab sticks, wild vegetables, and chicken, and the flavor of the soup stock is so good that I ate it all! The shop has a nostalgic atmosphere and the kindness of the old lady. It was a good shop!

I went there because it was very close to the cottage where I stayed, and the eel kamameshi was so delicious. ! The atmosphere of the shop was so good that I wanted to go there every day!
