Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan｜Okina

The soba set was delicious and we were warmly welcomed and provided excellent service. We had a lovely time talking to Sora who gave us some great ideas for our travels in Japan. Well worth the detour if you are driving through this area.

Great noodles, but unless you come on a weekday be prepared to wait in line for a long time.
