It was a small gem-like restaurant full of sincerity and taste. Perfect crab pasta. Best freshly baked grissini and focaccia. It's probably difficult to say that it's classic and timeless, but this is a restaurant where you can enjoy a dinner course that lets you feel the love of Yatsugatake with delicious vegetables and carefully selected ingredients. Planning to visit again in a different season 😃 As a side note, the sound quality of the speakers was good and the BGM was nice. I see many restaurants in Yatsugatake, but I don't think there are any that remind me of the pasta I had in Italy. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Visited for lunch. By appointment only. The shop is small with only two tables and counter seats. The course fee was 6,600 yen per person, but with the addition of food and alcohol, it was about 9,000 yen. The dishes are made with seasonal vegetables from Yatsugatake and are very delicious. Meat dishes are also great. Basic 4 dishes and dessert, but it was quite voluminous and satisfying.
