I always stop by when I go to Roadside Station Hakushu. It's worth going even if you move from Hakushu to Oizumi. However, since the owner is only one person, it is recommended for those who have plenty of time. Whatever you eat is delicious! I definitely want you to try the dessert! The plate had a main course, sorbet, and fruit, and 1,000 yen alone seemed like a good deal, but it only cost 300 yen⁉️

it's one of my favourite stores. Kopazo, which used to operate in an old folk house in Hakushu Daigahara, has moved to a new location and is now called Kopazo, making delicious pasta just like before. I stopped by by chance and was surprised. It's delicious no matter what you eat. We recommend including dessert as a set.

Compared to when the restaurant was in Hakushu Daigahara, the hall has changed, but the chef remains the same. I wonder if the kitchen is wider and it's good for the chef. Come to think of it, "Kopazo" has changed to "Kopazo". The parking lot has become wider. It is a very sunny location with southwest opening. There are 5 tables in the bright store that can seat up to 14 people. It was a Saturday off-season visit in February, but it was already fully booked when it opened at 11:30. The noodles are still boiled and hard, but when combined with the soup and plenty of ingredients, it is very delicious. The price is very reasonable compared to other stores in the area, and I will likely go there again.
