A hoto shop I stopped by on my way home from Gotemba. Surprisingly, there is only a lakeside shop, and you can see the lake from the shop. If you look, you can see that the duck boat floats more than Lake Haruna. Before entering the shop, temperature measurement and alcohol are urged. I ordered hoto and horse sashimi. Hoto likes noodles. However, the hoto noodles here were soft and not to my liking. The soup was also a little strange. But it's 100 million points because it contains pumpkin. Basashi is eaten with onions, ginger and garlic. I thought it was delicious to eat with garlic. My daughter asked for a tuna bowl, but she said it was subtle. However, I think that horse meat was delicious because I ate it vigorously. Next time I want to go to a restaurant where hoto is delicious.
