Had reservations for 2pm, restaurant closes at 2:30pm, so we basically had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Unlike other houtou restaurants, this one offers different styles such as tomato based soup, kimchi, or mushroom. Nice selection of appetizers as well. Easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Watch your heads when entering as the doorway is rather low.

Perfect setting to have a delicious lunch surrounded by natural scenic beauty. Options are limited but just enough to satisfy your craving for a good Udon noodles. I personally recommend to try at least these items: Butaniku Tomato Houtou Chicken Karaage
