Restaurant in Yamanashi Prefecture, chosen as one of Japan's best restaurants to go to by Japan Times in 2023. The dishes, which are mainly vegetables from Yamanashi, are elegant and wonderfully tasty. The service by the wife is welcoming, as if you were invited to the home of a good friend. Wine pairings are also available. The portions are normal, so if you are a big eater, it is a good idea to let them know in advance that you want to eat a lot. It's worth going all the way from Tokyo!

It's a complete reservation system, so there are some hurdles, but once you're inside, it's barrier-free. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic local products such as fish and vegetables purchased from friends. The courses, which are mainly made with vegetables, are more satisfying than the price, and if you go there, you'll think it's cheap. I highly recommend it!
