This is a soba restaurant at the ski resort of Fujimi Kogen Resort. The tempura was crunchy and the soba noodles were chewy and delicious. It was great to have a meal on the covered, dog-friendly terrace seat overlooking the majestic ski slope lawn in front of you.

I really wanted to go to this soba restaurant because the former head chef of a foreign-affiliated Shingosanke restaurant said it was the most delicious soba restaurant. It was a great satisfaction. I brought some soba noodles home. The take-out soba only lasts for one day (actually, I was told it would last until today), which means it has no additives and is highly safe. It was really delicious! I went on Saturday afternoon, and there were 6 groups including me. Considering its location as a soba restaurant at a ski resort during the off-season, the number of customers was quite large, and I thought that's why it was so well known. The lady employee was also very nice and taught me a delicious way to eat soba. Not just me, but probably everyone around me, is there a delicious soba restaurant? As rumored, the tempura soba here is extremely delicious. The soba noodles are freshly made. Tempura is delicious when eaten as is without adding anything. I want to come again.
