Chutoro sashimi was one of the freshest during our trip. They served very good seafood Izakaya and paired well with sake. Hidden gem that serves the local with fairly valued prices. Chef also managed their own seafood shop which is the reason for fabulous quality. Really had great evening of great food, great sake and company of the locals.

Absolute must do when you stay in Kawaguchiko! As a backpacker my by budget is pretty low but here I got amazing high quality sashimi dishes for a affordable price, so especially if you are looking for a great value for money - you are right here. Got a lunch menu for less than 1000¥. Dinner for less than 2000¥. They gave me a little appetizer for Dinner and some soup to refill my leftovers in the bowl, felt really welcoming. Like the Ambience too, not busy, no long waiting and the stuff is just lovely. Highly recommended 😊

Fresh and amazing seafood at a reasonable price and even a steal for some items! The hosts were very friendly.
