Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, Japan｜Hoto Fudo (Higashikoiji)

the shop looks like a cloud ☁️, I have been here 3 times, actually. the noodles are fuji traditional dishes. it serves with a (very) hot pot, and it has a lot of local vegetables and trick noodles with trick hot soup. it a vegetarian dishes, don't blame for without meat. it really tasty and warm when you eat it in winter. I saw the MT fuji after finishing my lunch. It is a lucky new year.

There are numerous branches in Kawaguchiko, but this location is the prettiest because of its curvaceous building. The hoto dish I had was amazing, and the portion was massive but couldn't stop eating. From the parking lot, you can see Mt. Fuji. Recommend to come to this location but it can get crowded for lunch.
