Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan｜どん兵衛

I received authentic hoto. It has a variety of ingredients and is delicious. The set meal was large, so I was happy with just the hoto. The inside of the store is a sieve, but it feels clean. There were many colored papers of celebrities. Is it a famous store in the industry? ^_^ The parking lot is spacious and can accommodate about 10 cars, so you don't have to worry about it.

When I was sightseeing in Yamanashi Prefecture and wanted to eat udon noodles, I happened to visit a restaurant that served the local cuisine of this region. I didn't know anything until I went in and heard the explanation of the local dish called "Hoto". There was a lot of ingredients such as pumpkin and potatoes and there was a response to eating.

I wanted to eat at Oshino Hakkai, but it was crowded, so I looked for a nearby restaurant. I went there because it had good reviews on Google. I had Kamo Houtou and others had the original. It was a little more expensive than a normal lunch, but it was more delicious than I expected. The store was quiet and the staff had a good attitude and guided me around. When I return to Yamanashi, I want to go there again!
